For those who have many watchers, and for those who dont have many, it is hard to know how one retains that interest as well as receive more. This article explores the basics of watchers and how we react to certain situations. Have you read 'The China Study'?
Awesome pic, I love it. Frederic Patenaude is awesome (whoever he is)

Ignore my name. I hate Naruto.
In the month before I became vegan, I also told my mom to buy me only 'free range' eggs and meat. I just couldn't eat supermarket meat or milk anymore--we bought everything from local farmers. In the end though, I just couldn't do it anymore. I don't know. I couldn't eat any meat because I knew that it once had a face, it once had a family, and I really didn't see why I needed to drink milk anymore...I had gotten the nutrients I needed from milk from my mother when I was a baby, but I just didn't feel the need anymore to be drinking milk from an entirely different species. That milk is for the calves, I thought, not for grown human beings. I don't know. I just couldn't do it anymore. I couldn't make myself do it.
Most of the commercials on children's channels are about milk or about potato chips, pop, juice and other kids 'snacks', junk food, candy, fast food restaurants...
On regular channels....hm....the commercials are not so much about milk....in Ontario there has been a wave of commercials "Good things grow in Ontario", trying to support local agriculture, because so many farmers are losing their jobs as Ontario becomes a very industrial province. Then we depend on other provinces in Canada, like Alberta or Saskatchewan, to ship produce to us.
Then of course there are the usual skin care and hair dye commercials. Many fast food commercials too....lots of car commercials...clothing...ooh and lots and lots of commercials about medicines--drugs, pills, immunizations....which of course I find ridiculous because my mother has raised me as a naturopathic patient (relying on doctors who use natural herbs/medicines in their practices--expensive though, and above that my stupid province makes us pay HUGE taxes which go to support the other health care system --the one that uses chemicals and drugs and radiation for 'healing'--which puts huge financial pressure on my family and it's hard knowing that our money is supporting something that we are morally against. So much money towards this....the govenment tries to tell us how fortunate we are in this province because we have 'free health care', but really, we have such heavy taxes....guess I won't be living in Ontario because I don't want to be forced to support that---the damage it is doing to our bodies when we could be using the magic and wonder of the earth to heal us...ugh...sorry...that's one thing I really hate about Ontario...)so anyways, I was taking about commercials. So, they have these sweet commercials with beautiful people, mothers and daughters, the mothers with their arms around their daughters, saying, "I want to protect her", trying to promote an immunization (a needle), to protect against some sexually-transmitted disease. A very emotional commercial. Any mother would feel guulty, wanting to protect their daughters by giving them this needle. But then at the end of the commercial, in a rushed and hurried and quiet voice, it says, "May cause various side effects which have not yet been thouroughly studied--such as drowsiness, fatigue,....." on and on and on. Ugh, Commercials are so stupid. And yet so many people just open themselves to them, do whatever they say, without thinking about things such as the side effects, they just follow like lambs into whatever this society and the government wants. That's what's painful about living in North America. I am living with a bunch of brainwashed people...just like Bah Sing Se, Joy  . We are controlled by the government, by the 'status quo', by peer pressure, by the values of society. North America seriously needs to open it's eyes to the suffering and damage our '
Commercials are trying to convince us that we aren't good enough, that we don't have what is needed to be 'good', that we need more to be 'beautiful'...
If we can open our eyes, look past what we have been brainwashed into believing, and live in absolute harmony and peace with everything around us, then we can be beautiful people. We don't need meat or milk or hair dyes or clothes or cars or drugs to make us good people. We need to be open to the path that we are destined to take, and we can't let society hold us back. We need to be awake enough to let OURSELEVES answer the questions that really matter, "who am I?" and "why am I here?".
Those are questions that only we can answer for ourselves. We just can't be afraid to answer them, if we are, we let others answer them for us, and that's when our world starts falling apart.

Team JACOB. Because real men don't sparkle.
There is one comercial i like and that is one for Air NewZealand coz it has such a beautiful song (sung in Maori) and the camera flies over the land, showing the true beauty of nature...oh, and there's also another one i like it's about wood and it says that wood is our "most natural and useful resource...but it is also our most precious..." and you can hear breathing in the background...

An interesting point the teacher made was about proteins and how vegetables have more than enough proteins necessary for humans. Think about the structure of a cell, for example. The membrane of it is a mixture of lipids (fats) and proteins. Inside the nucleus is DNA and RNA, but also proteins. And each bite of a vegetable you take (or anything for that matter) will have those. Granted, meats do have a lot of proteins and whatnot, but the way that food companies portray it is ridiculous.
"You have to eat blahblahblah grams of proteins per day! It is necessary!"
It's all fabrication. Anyway, now that my rant is over, I'm glad to see somebody else who realizes this issue, and I very much enjoy the artwork. It's like something out of a newspaper, like one of those political comics. Very nice job.
